GRAPE ORIGIN: Vines up to 100 years old from the vineyards Pyrgos and Megalochori region in volcanic and rocky soil in an altitude up to 450m meters.
WINE MAKING: Classic white vinification in controlled temperatures followed by short maturation on the refined lees.
AGEING ABILITY: 5-7 years after harvest.
TO BE SERVED: Decanting is suggested for the wine to breathe and open. Drink at 8-10°C.
FOOD and WINE PAIRING: Perfect match for prime grilled fish of fish carpaccio. Also with white meat like chicken and pastas with creamy strong sauces.
